Bangkok Post on Friday that seven of Bangkok's 50 districts have declared disaster area.
They Bangrak, Din Daeng, Pathumwan, Klong Toey, Wattana and Sathorn Rd.
Bangkok Governor wisely said Paribatra Center was established to help people protest - hit that has been affected by political turmoil in the capital application support in their locality.
As Minister of Education Chinnaworn Boonyakiat said that every school in the capital except for 28 schools in "red zone" will start their new term on Monday.
Schools in areas at risk will not be easy to open May 31, he said.
